Stump Grinding

Stump Grinding is explained as using a cutting wheel fixed with tungsten teeth to chip and grind away the stump to approximately 30 cm below the surface.  The area can then be filled in and replanted if desired.

Be sure to finish the job after cutting your tree to ground level.  Leaving the stump in the ground can cause a trip hazard which in turn can result in a Public Liability claim.
